Director Michael Bej has saved on private residence purchase almost 7,5 million dollars

To the American film director Michael Beju who has removed "Armageddon", "Pearl Harbour" and "Transformers", it was possible to get a private residence in Bel-Ejr (California) for 10,9 million dollars at its initial cost in 18,25 million dollars, informs Real Estalker. The private residence 546 м2 has been constructed by the area in 1951 and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On a site in 1,97 hectares the pool, a tennis court and a parking, and also three small houses for servants in which there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms are located. The director plans to alter a territory part on the taste, including to reconstruct the basic house. According to a resource, actresses Selma Hayek and Elizabeth Taylor become new neighbours of the director.

Bej also owns two private residences in Los Angeles and independently in Miami the area 1560 м2 which is exposed now on sale for 18,9 million dollars.
