New apartments the area 162 ì2 include three bedrooms. The penthouse has been bought at a discount 10 % (350 thousand dollars) and the credit in 1,25 million dollars. For end of the transaction Kasparov also has sold the apartment in New York the area 81 ì2 which he has bought in 2005 for 320 thousand dollars, and in October of this year has sold almost twice more expensively — for 630 thousand
